Scotland Traditional Driven Pheasant Shooting
Beautiful Southwest Scotland
Looking for a unique bird hunting experience? This Scotland driven pheasant hunt is for you. Driven pheasants provide some of the most challenging sporting shots of all the game birds.
A team of well-drilled beaters walk the woods in order to drive the birds over the guns. In this traditional shooting, only 12/20 gauge over and under or side-by-side shotguns are allowed.
Four-wheel drive vehicles transport the hunters between drives, of which there are usually 5 to 8 drives per day. Trained gun dogs with experienced handlers ensure that all your hit birds are collected.
